Minerva Oil Gas Company is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead, manage and coordinate human resource department and related stake holders functions of the company. The HR Manager shall report to HR Director with some key responsibilities like consistent application of Human Resources standards, resource support/advise to corporate line Managers and application of current employment legislation, policies and processes to support corporate employees/contractors. Key Responsibilities include:
•Ensure the successful implementation and consistent application of Human Resources standards.
•Advise the general management team to provide proactive support.
•Provide expert advice on all HR matters, including the application of current employment legislation, policies and processes.
•Maintain a high level of market and competitor awareness and implement effective recruitment and retention measures.
•Develop and implement manpower strategies to support existing and new projects.
•Work with wider operational HR teams to identify internal operational candidates proactively.
•Documented discussions and implementation of performance improvement plans where required.
•Provide advice and guidance on all employee terms and conditions
•Work with the corporate Compensation Benefits team in support of remaining competitive
•Maintain up-to-date awareness of contractor workforce remuneration and terms of Business.
•Develop and manage terms and conditions of employment
•Assist in overseeing the maintenance of the Human Resources database and personnel files.
•Liaise with Company Medical Advisers to provide appropriate support and advice to employees.
•Strong communication skill with fluent spoken and written English proficiency
•Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in HR or a similar business related field.
•Experience in personnel/people administration
•Strong presentation and report writing skills (written verbal)
•A minimum 4years work experience in organizational capacity
•Ideally educated to a professional level with qualification, or equivalent
•Proven experience of leading, developing and managing a team to deliver results.
•Significant management experience in a Management/Human Resources role
•Must possess passionate, positive and self-directed attitude
•Candidates with 5+ years’ experience without a degree will be considered
